EndeavourOS install notes

1.  Start the installer
2. Online
3. Plasma KDE
4. NVIDIA GPU fix
5. Include printing support / remove Firefox
6. Use Grub for bootloader (systemd was buggy)
7. Select 'replace a partition' and select the partition set up previously from Windows
