Convert ISO video on Linux
1. Compile MakeMKV
2. Run MakeMKV and convert largest Title
3. Download and run Shutter Encoder
4. In the top-left corner, click "Browse..." and select the MKV file from step 2.
5. In the left-hand column "Choose function" dropdown, choose "H.264" and the right-arrow dropdown should say ".mp4"
6. In the top-right corner "Image" section "Scale" dropdown, choose "1920x1080"
7. In the right-hand column, click "Advanced features" to expand that section and click the "Force deinterlacing" checkbox ("yadif" should appear in the dropown next to it)
8. In the left-hand column, click "Start function" to begin the video conversion process.
