URL Filtering services

I've recently been investigating URL Filtering / Categorization services.  You provide a URL and they categorize the content.  This is useful for home/workplace content filtering, CIPA compliance, etc.  For testing, I used a domain that recently transferred ownership and now hosts adult content.  This reveals which services regularly retest and update their database.  In addition, I tested a common intimate apparel website, search engine query with inappropriate preview image, animated gif search, Google Image search, and a search engine that's used to find porn.  If they pass all tests they get a PASS score. If they only fail one test they get an HONORABLE MENTION score. If they fail two or more tests they get a FAIL score.
