Video cleanup

If you need to clean up a large video and are willing to buy a commercial product, the combination of DaVinci Resolve and Neat Video plugin is really good.

After installing both, add a video to the timeline, then choose Color > Auto Color from the menu. Then, apply the Neat Video noise filter. Finally, export as H.265.

Note: if it crashes, you may need to go to the "File" tab of the rocket export section and change the "Render Speed" dropdown to something other than Maximum.
