Best antivirus Live CD

 

Every now and then I need to scan a system for viruses using a Live CD or bootable USB. After trying out all the popular free options with good detection engines, I chose Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Unlike most competitors, it fits on a CD (doesn't require a DVD) and the graphical interface is intuitive. The only downside is the startup and scan is super slow. For peace of mind, I'll take quality over speed :)

If you have a blank DVD or USB key, ESET SysRescue is another good option.
