Goodbye KeePass, my old friend

KeePass has been a good and faithful friend for many years.  Open Source, supported by Linux, and highly regarding by security experts -- it's been a great tool.  Unfortunately, it's starting to show its age.  The UI feels a bit clunky (especially on Linux) and it doesn't support 2FA so I decided to look for an alternative.  My requirements: 100% open source, supports Authy, and supported on Android, Linux, and Chrome.  Result: Bitwarden
