Disable quote auto-formatting in LibreOffice Writer

Programmers hate word processors changing single and double quotes to stylized unicode alternates. To prevent this in LibreOffice Writer go to Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect Options... click on the Localized Options tab and at the bottom uncheck Replace for Single Quotes and Double Quotes, then click OK.
