One thing every Crypto.com user should know

While Crypto.com is a decent service, it makes most of its money through one obscure aspect of its fine print: withdrawal fees

Buried in its customer support documents is this critical disclosure (click on Withdrawal Fees tab)

In essence, you can convert $50 to Bitcoin but when you move that to an offline wallet, or an exchange, or send to a friend, etc, they will keep 0.0004 BTC as a fee. That doesn't sound like much, right? Well the current price of Bitcoin is $40,850 so their fee is $16!  Ethereum is even worse: 0.008 ETH = $22 fee! Although this is common practice, it's highway robbery :(

Pro Tip: always buy and transfer in Stellar (XLM) when using Crypto.com (fee is only a few cents for that coin).
